Job Description:

Connected Speech is currently seeking dedicated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs) and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in a school-based for the 24-25 school year, in-person role. You will assess and treat students with a variety of communication disorders, including speech-language impairments, specific learning disabilities, Autism, and intellectual disabilities. In this role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person speech and language therapy services in a school-based setting
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
  • Engage with elementary and middle school students, tailoring therapy to their specific needs

Qualifications:

  • For CF-SLPs: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF), and provisional clinical fellowship (PCE) state licensure in Georgia or eligibility for licensure. *NOTE: Supervision is provided.
  • For SLPs: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure in Georgia.
  • Strong interest or experience in working with school-aged children
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
