Job DescriptionJob Description

Consilio's Direct Hire division is seeking a tenured Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a law firm in DC. Candidates need a strong background in commercial real estate with experience in acquisitions, transactions, due diligence and dispositions.

Hybrid position: 2-3 days onsite

Salary: $90k-$150k

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution and closings.
  • Drafting transactional documents.
  • Preparing closing and post-closing logistics.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in commercial real estate in a law firm.
