Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities
Deliver competent and skilled treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders for children 1 year to 21 years of age.
Evaluate speech/language test results and medical or background information to diagnose and plan treatment for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing/oral-motor disorders.
Record information and write reports on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
Consult with and advise parents, educators, or medical staff on speech or hearing topics, such as communication strategies or speech and language stimulation.
Collaborate with OT/PT team for interdisciplinary therapy.
Maintain professional certification and certification.
Participate in staff meetings and/or training remotely or in person.
