AquaPhoenix Scientific, headquartered in Hanover, PA has an immediate opening for creative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager. As an essential member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager is tasked to oversee and execute our company's digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, enhance culture, and generate leads across various digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, data analysis, and technology platforms to develop campaigns that engage and convert audiences, helping to achieve department goals.

The role currently has no direct reports; however, works collaboratively across multiple layers of the organization.

AquaPhoenix Scientific considers applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and work experience; however, applicants for the Digital Marketing Manager position will frequently have a combined education and/or work experience that is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three or more years’ work experience in proven digital marketing and content creation; or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field of study.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Write engaging and informative blog posts and website content that aligns with our brand voice and target audience. Creation of digital marketing assets such as email campaigns, one-pagers, and presentations using Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Technical Writing: Accurately create technical content related to water treatment, ensuring accuracy and clarity for both technical and non-technical readers. Familiarity with the water treatment industry, terminology, and technology is a plus.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners, including those managing Google Ads and SEO campaigns. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors; ensuring campaigns align with business goals, optimizing performance; address any issues technical or otherwise that may arise.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency of the Company’s brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms including internal departments and at trade show events.
  • Communication/Reporting: Prepare reports as requested on website performance, Google Ads, SEO efforts and other digital marketing initiatives. Track and analyze website metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance against business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure cohesive organic and marketing strategies while staying on brand.
  • Industry Monitoring: Remain informed about marketing trends, technology, industry terminology, and new products.
  • Organization: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a collaborative mindset.

Additional Skills and Qualifiications desired include but are not limited to:

  • Experience with e-commerce or B2B digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools and others. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
