** This is an opportunity to be a focal point, decision maker and architect over building an IT department for a rapidly growing company.
** Position is to help facilitate the creation and daily management of an IT team, IT & Business Systems, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and other policies and procedures. The infrastructure will be seated at the HQ location and service the rest of the US based locations.
Note: This is an on-site position located near the Haddonfield, NJ area.
Summary
The IT Director will lead the Information Technology department and manage all aspects of IT operations. This person will report to the CFO. The person will drive technology initiatives that support business objectives. There will be a focus on strategic planning and collaborative environments. The Director of IT will work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT systems and processes.
The Details
· Provide strategic direction on technology investments to optimize business operations.
· Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
· Evaluate, select, and implement software solutions.
· Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational performance.
· Develop IT integration plans for newly acquired companies and assets to align with existing systems.
· Implement cybersecurity measures for company and systems protection.
· Identifying potential risks and devising corrective strategies within existing infrastructure.
· Develop and enforce policies for the lifecycle management of hardware
· Ultimately transition all IT operations in house and away from the need for 3rd party support services.
Projects & Experience
· Bachelors degree in an IT related field.
· 5+ years of leadership and project management experience is required.
· Experience planning and managing an ERP Implementation
· Experience planning and managing a new Field Service Management System or similar system.
· Strong hands on knowledge of IT Systems and Infrastructure
· Experience in a customer or client focused industry is highly preferred.
· Experience managing IT needs for multiple company locations.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
