Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health care to patients, including conducting psychiatric evaluations, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Current valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe appropriate medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
