Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a LPN or CMA to join our team Access to the Hope Family Center is a small private family practice. We have the unique business model of concierge medicine. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to patients of Dr. Myra Deese Hall.

Dr. Hall is fully devoted to her family, patients, staff, and community.

​Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HIPPA confidentiality compliance
  • Collaborate with Dr. Hall to administer prescribed medications
  • Conduct blood draws, urine testing, drug testing, HCG testing, and rapid strep testing
  • Administration of Doctor ordered medications- injectables, oral, nebulizer treatments
  • Screening- vital signs, blood glucose checks, current pharmacy
  • Assist Dr. Hall with patient care as needed- PAP screenings, prostate exams, etc
  • Perform EKGs
  • Prescription medication and supplements reconciliation
  • Conduct lab draws and ordering on electronic system
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Specimen prep for currier pick-up
  • Conduct triage calls- educate and update patients on medical treatments within scope of practice
  • Send pharmacy orders and replies
  • Order lab supplies and checking expiration dates
  • Maintaining in-office Rx and OTC medication supplies

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as LPN/CMA or related medical fields
  • Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
  • Proficient skills in blood draws and lab testing
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Flexibility to perform medial office tasks as needed

This role is vital to the flow of daily operations.
