**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide high-quality dental care across a range of services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

- Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

- Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and preventive care to enhance their understanding and engagement.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices to continually improve patient care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.

- Active state dental license and ability to practice in Missouri.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and rapport.

- Detail-oriented with excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.

- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to professional growth and development.

Efficiency is of significant value in an already underserved population. Dr McKenzie & his very invested, well trained team utilize all resources to ensure a full schedule that keeps the patient top of mind.
