The wage range shown herein is not fixed and may vary from these amounts due to candidate's prior relevant experience, level of education, additional relevant capabilities, certifications, and other bone fide factors.

Location: Redlands, CA.

Compensation: Full-time salary plus benefits. (Non-Exempt Employee).

Education and Experience

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required. Associate of Science degree in Electronics, or similar field (preferred). Three or more years of prior electronics troubleshooting and repair experience (preferred).

Required Skills

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to read and comprehend Basic Math & English

• Job stability if not a recent college graduate

• Experience using oscilloscope and multimeter (preferred)

• Ability to differentiate between colors

 

Job Duties

Job duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Calibration and repair services both at local Climet lab (required) and/or customer onsite (preferred)

• Provide customer technical support as needed

• Periodic domestic travel as necessary

• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

• Must maintain a clean and organized work area

• Must follow all procedures established for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Quality Management System

• Other duties as assigned

 

Physical Requirements

Successful Candidates must be able to perform the following:

• Ability to perform intricate hand manipulations, such as soldering, using a screwdriver, and similar actions.

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. from the floor to above your head

• Must be able to push a cart

• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time required

 

Other

A basic English and Math test will be administered as part of the pre-selection process. The successful candidate must also pass a physical and a drug test as a condition for continued employment.
