Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing and polishing tasks according to project specifications
- Operate concrete polishing equipment and tools
- Prepare surfaces for polishing by cleaning, grinding, and leveling - Apply sealants and coatings to protect polished surfaces
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make necessary adiustments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Experience in concrete finishing and polishing techniques
- Familiarity with various polishing equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes - Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a physically
demanding environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
