Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Full Stack Engineering Manager with expertise in building scalable, efficient, and secure SaaS platforms. You will be pivotal in leading the development of both front-end and back-end systems, critical for supporting our AI-driven healthcare applications. In this role, you'll combine technical leadership with hands-on coding, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the full stack development across multiple products, providing hands-on coding, mentoring, and guidance to a high-performing engineering team. Ensure best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance are followed.
• System Architecture: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure full stack systems (front-end and back-end) tailored for healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, backend developers, and data scientists to deliver seamless, user-centric features.
• Innovation: Continuously iterate on existing features and develop new products, pushing the boundaries of user experience and system performance.
• Team Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within a remote or distributed team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in full stack or front-end/back-end development.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing high-availability SaaS solutions.
• Deep understanding of system design principles, particularly for healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with both front-end technologies (HTML5/CSS/JS) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Experience working within the healthcare industry or other highly regulated sectors.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience in front-end frameworks such as Angular, PrimeNG, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and familiarity with DevOps processes and APM services.
• Ability to design and lead teams in building full stack systems, and coordinate effectively with remote developers.
• Understanding of agile development practices and iterative product delivery.

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with back-end technologies such as MongoDB, Kafka, and Python.
• Familiarity with integrating machine learning models and AI-driven tools into production environments.
