Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Offset Printing Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating primarily our Heidelberg CD 74 press to produce high-quality finished printing for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in printing, quality control, and working with production team.

Responsibilities:

- Operate offset press to produce a wide range of prints and materials.
- Set up and run press jobs efficiently, ensuring precise registration and color control.
- Communicate with staff, including pre-press, customer service, and management, to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal print quality.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of print principles.
- Excellent quality control skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Expected hours: 40 per week. Overtime after 40 hours.

  • Ability to Commute to Waukesha, WI 53186 (Required)

  • Ability to Relocate to Waukesha, WI 53186: **Relocate before starting work (Required)
