Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Lead Generator to join our team at Fresh Coat Painters of Winston Salem, a leading painting company. This role involves engaging with potential customers in residential neighborhoods to generate leads for our painting services. You will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving sales by effectively communicating our offerings and building relationships with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Door-to-Door Outreach: Visit residential neighborhoods to introduce our painting services, engage with homeowners, and generate interest.
• Build Relationships: Establish rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our services effectively.
• Lead Generation: Collect contact information and qualify leads for follow-up by our sales team.
• Promote Services: Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our painting services, including residential and commercial options.

Experience

• Experience: Previous experience in door to door sales, marketing is mandatory.
• Bilingual : speak fluent english and spanish is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
• Self-Motivated: Strong ability to work independently and stay motivated in the field.
• Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, and navigate various neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a D2D sales role or similar field

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
