- Provide feedback to the production manager regarding process improvements, equipment needs, and potential quality concerns.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior polishers, sharing your expertise and best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a brass polisher or in a similar role, demonstrating a solid portfolio of polished brass products.
- In-depth knowledge of various polishing techniques, equipment, abrasives, and chemical solutions for brass.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections and inconsistencies in brass surfaces.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and polishing machinery, with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols when working with machinery.
