We have an opportunity smack dead in the middle of the hunting world, and we’re looking for someone who gets it. Here’s the Deal: We’re on the hunt for an experienced video photographer and marketing expert who knows their way around the outdoors industry. We’re talking about someone who understands how to talk to hunters, anglers, and outdoor businesses in a way that feels real—not like some out-of-touch corporate ad.

  • You hunt, fish, or both—and you’re fluent in the lingo. Be yourself, tell stories (ones that may or may not be true)
  • You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into creative projects or get blood up to your elbows.
  • You understand that hunters and anglers can sniff out fake a mile away—so you keep it real, this is the outdoors industry, these people are sharp.

Job Overview: Skilled social media specialist to manage multiple accounts, create video content for our various brands and drive website traffic in the outdoor and hunting/fishing space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hunting and fishing industries, including products, seasonal trends, and target demographics. Your background in these areas will be crucial for running effective, tailored marketing campaigns that speak directly to the audience's interests and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize our social media campaigns, with a strong focus on hunting, fishing, and outdoor gear.
  • Conduct keyword research specific to hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and content teams to design effective ad creatives that resonate with passionate outdoor enthusiasts.
  • Leverage seasonal trends in hunting and fishing to drive timely, targeted campaigns, maximizing results for clients.
  • Analyze data to identify insights, adjusting strategies to improve ad performance and ensure optimal ROI.
  • Stay updated on hunting and fishing trends, including emerging gear, tools, and consumer behavior.
  • Provide detailed performance reports, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement of campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time - In-person

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
