We are looking for Industrial Mechanic's

Responsibilities

· Experience performing troubleshooting functions in a manufacturing environment

· Preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment through observation and established testing metrics

· Identifying correct replacement parts

· Perform repairs to equipment

· Safely operate powered hand tools, hoists, and other lifting devices

· Assess condition of existing parts utilizing precision tools such as micrometers and calipers

· Ability to read prints, drawings, and shop manuals for correct specifications of the equipment to be maintained

· Oils and greases equipment

· Lubricates and cleans parts and equipment

· Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements

· Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition

· Perform other related duties as assigned

· Available to work overtime and rotating shifts

Qualifications

· 3+ years of industrial experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment

· High School diploma or GED

· Experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting pumps, conveyors, hydraulic assemblies, fans, gearboxes, and other types of equipment

· General knowledge of hydraulics, and minor welding, are benefits as well

· Decision making and troubleshooting abilities, good communication, and computer skills

· Must be highly motivated, conscientious, and a good team player with a positive attitude

· Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, rebuilding, repair, and installation of rotating equipment, precision tool use.
