Fort Worth Pest and Termite Services serves all of north Texas and is looking to hire a new technician. Experience is preferred but not necessary - will train. This is a full time, permanent position, not seasonal. Starting salary for no experience is $36k per year guaranteed, or higher if you do have experience and/or other valuable credentials. You will likely also earn commission on sales and leads. You will be assigned a take home vehicle that we pay everything on. Benefits include Medical, dental, vision, 401k. Vacation / PTO during your first year and escalating each year. Many paid holidays. All uniforms, equipment, supplies, training provided and paid for. Annual review with raises. Raises in between can be earned with additional training and /or certifications. Work hours are usually 40 to 48 hours per week in summer, and 36 to 40 in the winter. Again though, it is a salaried position so your pay will remain consistent except that commissions will increase as your sales increase. Sales are encouraged but not required. We schedule all work. Work days are typically M-F 8-5 but hours can vary a bit. Each technician also works a 1/2 day (4 to 5 hrs) on only one Saturday per month.

We are looking for someone long-term to learn, embrace, and fully implement the Fort Worth Pest methods and practices. Fort Worth Pest is not a generic company; we are a full service, high-end, TOTAL Pest Elimination and Prevention firm with a DOUBLE Money-Back Guarantee and the longest free termite warranty in the nation. Our service, and our technicians are special and unique. Safety first; quality second; quantity a distant last.

Unlike most other pest companies, we do NOT service restaurants, nursing homes, or low-income housing, and very few pier and beam crawlspaces. All technicians service a variety of clientele, mostly houses, apartments, and commercial / industrial sites. We pre-schedule all appointments AND confirm them for you and you typically will serve about 5 - 8 clients per day.

Must speak and write English legibly, be 21 years or older, have a Texas DL, have no felony arrests on your record, and a clean drug test. Recreational after-hours 420 is acceptable, as we treat it the same as alcohol. A thorough background check will be done so please be honest - no felony arrests. No face, neck, or hand tattoos or facial piercings. Hair must remain above collar, no long beards.
