What You’ll Do:

• Operate cutting-edge equipment, including Manual I.D./O.D. Grinders, Surface Grinders, Jig Grinders, or Studer CNC Grinders, to produce top-tier precision workpieces.
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and materials specifications to plan and execute flawless operations.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and deliver workpieces in optimal condition.
• Create and utilize custom fixtures and setups to achieve manufacturing objectives.
• Inspect your work using advanced measuring tools to ensure every product meets functional and visual perfection.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Complete all required quality and manufacturing documentation with precision and accuracy.
• Contribute to team success by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A skilled professional with at least 1 year of manual grinding experience (more experience preferred).
• The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications with ease.
• A great attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to being a supportive team player.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
