AWS Application Support Engineer
This position involves Service management for an AI project. Will guide/support customers for smooth digital transformation operation.
Duties:
· Technical support and configuration change design on AWS S3, EC2, serverless component, LakeFormation, & Snowflake.
· Help the hands-on setup and issue solving using IT knowledge including Network, Windows desktop, and MS SQL server.
· Discuss with offshore team, and IT management/members in the U.S (both local and National).
· Create/Update documents for system monitoring reports, User guidelines, and solution diagrams with the supervisor.
This position involves project support of digital transformation platform development and Data analysis environment, Customer/stakeholder communication management support.
· Discuss with stakeholders in the U.S. and the IT Delivery team for issue-solving and smooth implementation.
· Guide users to onboard the Data Exchange platform, e.g. Access permission assessment for each user to the appropriate dataset, new user registration support, VDI Setup support
· Create/Update any document for reporting, User guide, and Process design with the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of IT delivery support
- Superb collaborator and communicator, comfortable, confident, and experienced in guiding abstract into actions
- Customer communication skills and experience working with customer support throughout the development cycle
- Take ownership and resolve complex technical issues for high customer satisfaction
- Broad understanding of the data landscape and technologies, and the entertainment industry
- Analytical and passionate approach to details
· 5+ years of IT capability
- Experience supporting an application operation and development in the AWS environment is required.
- Familiarity with common IT support for Windows OS, Mobile application, and system operation
- General IT infrastructure and network knowledge are required. (e.g. DOS command, Proxy, Firewall, Authentication)
- Basic DBMS skill (SQL query, Administrator for MS SQL server,) is required.
- Experience or working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical ability to support and maintain hardware and peripheral devices (Smartwatches, Security cameras) is plus.
- General knowledge of requirement designing and testing and drafting operation manuals for user experience is plus.
- Experience with Project management tools (MS Teams, JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is plus
- Application knowledge in the entertainment industry preferred.
