Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Coordinate: Oversee and coordinate the activities of our serving staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Train and Develop: Mentor new servers on proper techniques and restaurant procedures.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is always clean and presentable.
  • Serve with Enthusiasm: Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly with a smile.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
  • Assist in Preparation: Help with food preparation and plating, especially desserts and beverages.
  • Handle Transactions: Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.

  • Food Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and service techniques.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer skills.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or equipment as needed.
