Job DescriptionJob Description

Senior Product Manager

**Role is hybrid in Atlanta, GA

Solving our climate crisis requires bold action, and with more than $20M from top-tier investors, Cloverly is on a mission to make it happen.

We've made big strides already—our platform is the world's most advanced digital infrastructure for the carbon markets, enabling organizations to scale their operations and their impact. As a team of experienced founders, builders, and sustainability enthusiasts, we know this is just the beginning. That's where you come in.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Cloverly, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Catalyst product for SMB customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to define and prioritize a roadmap that aligns with our goals and user needs. You'll be at the center of bringing our vision of creating gigaton-scale impact to life.

Your day-to-day will look like:

  • Shape Product Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Product to define and champion a bold vision for our platform. Build a data-informed roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term impact to ensure we're meeting both customer and business goals.
  • Lead Discovery Efforts: Leverage customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to identify root problems and high-impact opportunities. Translate insights into actionable product hypotheses, validated through testing and iteration.
  • Prioritize and Execute: Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer need. Manage trade-offs and communicate decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Refine and Improve: Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and representing them internally. Gather user feedback, analyze what's working (and what's not), and identify opportunities to improve the product. Advocate for creative solutions that balance customer needs with business goals, ensuring both are served to maximize impact and drive results.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Foster alignment across distributed and remote teams by serving as the connective tissue between engineering, GTM, and customer success. Ensure efficient execution of product initiatives by proactively sharing updates, insights, and next steps with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and driving collaboration across functions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from users, peers, and stakeholders. Invest in learning opportunities to deepen your understanding of climate tech and product management best practices.
What you'll bring

You're an experienced Senior Product Manager with a proven ability to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions. Your customer-centric mindset drives you to uncover true needs and translate them into meaningful outcomes. Skilled at aligning technical teams and stakeholders, you excel at fostering collaboration around a shared vision. You have a strong bias to action, proactively identifying priorities and driving progress, even in the face of ambiguity. While you may not be an expert in every domain, your curiosity and adaptability enable you to thrive in the fast-paced environment of a Series A startup.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS products is highly desirable; familiarity with the climate tech or sustainability industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Strong ability to analyze tradeoffs, ask questions, and make good decisions quickly.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
  • Experience at an early stage startup is a plus
