Physical Therapist or PT PRN (Independent Contractor):

Elemental Health is a family-owned clinic located in St. George, UT, specializing in TRT/HRT therapies and physical recovery for men and women. Our mission is to help patients restore their health and vitality through a comprehensive approach that includes state-of-the-art physical recovery and wellness services, utilizing machines and expertise. We are committed to empowering individuals to overcome physical challenges and improve their overall well-being.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist or PRN to join our team and space as an independent contractor. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work alongside like-minded professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized physical therapy programs focused on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Evaluate the effects of therapy treatments and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Collaborate with the clinic’s team to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care to patients.
  • Be available for emergency or on-demand services as needed.
  • Be flexible in integrating PT services in Elemental Health's packages.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (open to recent licensed graduates).
  • Strong ability to build rapport with patients and work well within a team environment.
  • Capable of managing physical demands and providing hands-on therapy.
  • A passion for empowering patients through recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Integral professionalism.
