Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. You will be working with HAAS, Sing Turning, and Index C200 machines in an aerospace manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining, altering, upgrading, and repairing CNC machinery. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic failures.
Responsibilities- Safely perform various tasks related to maintaining, altering, upgrading, and repairing CNC machinery.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in the work area.
- Use appropriate PPE, work practices, and other controls to minimize risk exposure to yourself and others on site.
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including changing oil, belts, servicing filtration systems, changing air filters, and checking for damaged components.
- Observe facility maintenance and repair needs, and notify supervision of any items that cannot be resolved with a 'See it, Fix it' approach.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment malfunctions, including electronic and mechanical failures.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance on CNC machinery.
- Experience in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, maintenance technician tasks, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic troubleshooting.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, inspection equipment, and multimeter.
- Operate fork truck and scissor lift (training provided).
- Advocate HSE (Health, Safety, Environmental) minded work and processes.
- Self-motivated team member requiring minimal supervision.
- Experience with CNC Indexx Machines, CNC Swiss Machines, repair, preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, CNC lathe, blueprint reading, mill machining.
- Previous managerial or training experience is a plus.

Work EnvironmentYou will work in a clean, climate-controlled environment. However, please note that the floor can be slippery due to oil, which may require an adjustment to walk on. We have both first and third shifts available, with the third shift being a priority.
