Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDirector responsible for all application development activities. 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Developers experience with .net, Quickbooks, Salesforce, API and Angular. ·         Advise management on technology aspects of business strategy. ·         Seek out and identify ways that technology can be leveraged to improve business results. ·         Generate development plans aligned to business objectives. ·         Manage workstreams, resources, budgets, and time frames to achieve objectives. ·         Ensure the security of CamaPlan’s applications and data. ·         Provide an architectural vision and align applications to it over time. ·         Ensure quality of released software. ·         Evaluate application development team members. 

Qualifications:

·         8+ years development and supervisory experience. 

·         Demonstrated successful communication skills and ability to organize and prioritize. ·         Experience with .net, API, Salesforce, Quickbooks, and Angular. ·         Graduate degree or higher.

 

Success Factors:

·         In-depth knowledge of retirement plan industry, qualified and non-qualified plan. 

·         Knowledge of .net, API, Salesforce, Quickbooks, Angular. ·         Ability to manage employees.
