Direct Support Professionals needed Join our team and make a difference In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with special needs, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence. You will work closely with individuals on work, social, safety and daily living skills in a program setting and in the community.

Duties

  • Maintain a safe environment adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Provide transportation from residence to program, then to community activities and then back to residence
  • Monitor and record accomplishments according to Individual Plan of Service
  • Promote work participation and social engagement with peers

Experience

  • Previous experience in direct support roles is preferred, but not required- we train
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; and ability to work collaboratively within a team
