Talento Search Group has an opening for a Industrial Mechanic in Richmond, Virginia.  This is a direct hire, 1st shift opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical onsite support for customers/clients in the region
  • Testing of equipment per factory specifications to determine failure
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to internally and at customer sites
  • Reporting of failure analysis, parts usage and time to management and project cost to customer
  • Provide outstanding customer service


Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with industrial pumps/motors of moderate to large scale
  • HS-Diploma or Equivalent
  • Good working knowledge mechanically and electrically
  • Knowledge of laser alignment, vibration analysis, balancing preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed to customer sites
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (Drug/Background/MVR)
