Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and outgoing Bubble Tea Barista to join our team In this role, you will welcome customers into the restaurant and prepare their bubble tea orders. Your goal is to ensure patrons enjoy their drinks and time at our restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about bubble tea and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 
  • Welcome customers into the restaurant with a smile
  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Explain the menu items to customers
  • Create a variety of bubble tea-based drinks, from basic to more complex
  • Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
  • Maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications: 
  • Morning availability 10 AM - 3 PM. 
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
