Job Description:Join our team and contribute to a sustainable future.As an EHS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Compliance:
  • Schedule, track, and report on onsite medical exams, including DOT physicals, audiograms, respirator fit tests, and asbestos/lead-related exams.
  • Coordinate with the DMV for DOT physical submissions.
  • Develop the 2025 exam plan and schedule.
• Drug and Alcohol Program:
  • Collaborate with the Third-Party Administrator (Gregory and Howe) to implement the Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Driver Program.
  • Submit required records for MVRs.
  • Support internal resources in scheduling and arranging onsite random drug testing.
  • Assist with DOT statistical reporting.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of clerical experience.
• Prior experience with compliance and DOT regulations is highly desired.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
