Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise and compassion necessary to address the needs of patients of all ages, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, functional training, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to manage patient care, ensuring interventions are safe and effective.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-therapy self-care, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment goals, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Stay current with industry standards through continuing education and research on physical therapy advancements.
- Participate in clinical meetings, team briefings, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, providing guidance and task delegation as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on [orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, neurology, or other specialized area].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
