Duties:

  • The Catering Supervisor oversees and organizes all catering events
  • The Catering Supervisor serves as main point of contact for all clients and employees during events
  • The Catering Supervisor works with managers and employees to ensure smooth processes
  • The Catering Supervisor maintains and creates organized catering schedule
  • The Catering Supervisor posts daily and weekly catering forms on catering clipboards
  • The Catering Supervisor maintains inventory levels of linen, uniforms, china, and silverware
  • The Catering Supervisor assures all work areas are sanitized
  • The Catering Supervisor will perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a position of supervisory or leadership position
  • Minimum of 3 years in food service industry.
  • Must possess an outgoing and personable personality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast past environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills is a must
  • Has ability to work with flexibility and think on their feet.
  • Has ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Vaccinated against COVID19
  • Have weekend availability
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Pass background check
