We are seeking a part time or full time Culinary Chef to join our team  You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and cook for 125-150 people on a daily basis.  This job is for an ice hockey academy that feeds players (ages 15-20) at our located in Pittston, PA.  

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations of our ice hockey academy located in Pittston, PA
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is served to the players
  • Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Development of menu items
  • Standardize recipes and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields with an emphasis on large quantity serving. 
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
