Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a Senior Analytical Chemist with over 10 years of laboratory experience and extensive expertise in method development and advanced analytical techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC), and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. This role is vital for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our analytical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Method Development: Design, validate, and optimize analytical methods for the analysis of complex compounds using HPLC, UPLC, GC-MS, and NMR.

· Quality Control: Conduct routine and advanced analyses to ensure product quality and consistency. Adhere to internal and external quality standards.

· Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy.

· Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to analytical instrumentation and methods. Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

· Compliance: Ensure all analytical practices comply with internal quality protocols and relevant regulatory standards.

· Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to support product development and process optimization.

· Assist in manufacturing process improvements for lab-scale extraction laboratory.

· Develop and validate analytical methods for the analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to analytical chemistry.

· Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field; advanced degree (master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.

· Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a laboratory environment, with demonstrated expertise in HPLC, GC-MS, UPLC, and NMR.

· Skills: Proficient in method development and validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a thorough understanding of complex analytical techniques.

· Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with advanced analytical instrumentation and software. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in conducting analytical procedures.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
