Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000
  • The role is critical in supporting our clients' compensation needs by helping manage the day-to-day administration of market data and data analytics using advanced Excel skills.
  • Evaluate job roles to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications based on job responsibilities, skills required, and market conditions.
  • Design and recommend salary structures and bonus programs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis, job evaluation, and salary administration to determine appropriate salary ranges and pricing based on external equity.
  • Work closely with client partner teams on compensation projects
  • Participates in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects, including data analysis, compensation equity studies, compliance audits, and benefits reconciliations
  • Provides analytical support for compensation programs, including Excel data analysis and reporting
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics and trends for our clients
  • Update and maintain the compensation administration procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to compensation practices
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
  • Work on other duties and other special projects as assigned.
Skills
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a strong understanding of compensation principles, and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • This role requires a critical thinker with a demonstrated understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • The successful candidate must be capable of navigating complex scenarios and resolving various issues.
Do you have this education & experience?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least two years of compensation and advanced Excel experience are required.
  • Prior experience working with ERI or a similar compensation tool is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel is required (testing will be required).
