Your Role:
Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of women's health conditions, conducting physical examinations, performing diagnostic procedures, and collaborating closely with our medical director and interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. You will educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies, empowering them to make informed health decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive women’s health care services, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, prenatal care, menopause management, and specialized care as needed.
- Perform physical examinations (e.g., pap tests) and diagnostic procedures to ensure accurate assessments.
- Manage and treat women's health conditions such as urinary tract infections, menstrual disorders, and breast health issues.
- Collaborate with the medical director and healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care.
- Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and health maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate health promotion activities such as routine testing and mammograms.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to support continuity of care.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Base salary of $120,000 to $125,000 (depending on qualifications) plus generous commission. Our Women’s Health Providers make $150,000 - $170,000 annually after they complete their training.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program (specialization in Women's Health preferred).
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and registered nurse in the state.
- Board certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
