Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our Murfreesboro, NC team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of machine operation, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Set Up and Operate CNC Machines: Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and grinding.

Read Blueprints and Schematics: Accurately interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions to produce the required parts.

Inspect and Measure Parts: Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure parts meet specifications.

Troubleshoot and Adjust: Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances and ensure consistent output quality.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure they are in good working order and safe to use.

Documentation: Record production data, maintain logs, and complete documentation as required.

Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing required PPE and ensuring equipment is used safely.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in CNC operations preferred.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measuring tools.

Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle repetitive motions.

Teamwork and Communication: Strong communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team.
