Overview:

Renowned NYC Surgeon Dr. Paul Fondacaro specializes in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Dr. Fondacaro received his MD degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1981In 2007, he began to practice cosmetic surgery exclusively and expanded the practice to New Jersey where Dr. Park Avenue was born. Dr. Fondacaro started offering the SmartLipo procedure immediately after FDA approval and became a preceptor and trainer for the Cynosure Laser Company. The practice has bestowed the title of “Center of Excellence” due to the training of many physicians.

Our office is looking to add an experienced Nurse Practitioner experienced in Botox and fillers. An established following is preferred  and looking for an NP that needs a Med Spa office to bring their own patients to.  Pay is based on experience plus 25% of the gross generated . Candidates would have absolute freedom in making their own schedule with once a  week minimum required . Payment for services rendered will be once a month.

Requirements:

  • Must have an established patient following
  • Malpractice insurance is required along
  • proof of nursing certification
  • Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience with injectables.

We also provide aesthetic services such as chemical peels, facials, microneedling, dermabrasion, and laser hair removal. We recently acquired the PIX E platform which provides radiofrequency microneedling and erbium laser combination.
