Job Summary:

  • Full-time position with benefits as a Registered Radiologic Technologist working in Orthopaedics in our Warner Robins location. Must be confident to work alone as well as able to work in a close team environment. Pay rate is based on years of experience in the field.
    • Schedule 1 is Tue 7:30a-7:00p(close), Wed 8:00a-5:30p, Thu 8:00a-5:30p, Fri 7:30a-7:00p(close). With rotation on Sat, 9:00a-1:00p (~1 Sat/month)
    • Schedule 2 is Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 8:00a-5:00p. With rotation on Sat, 9:00a-1:00p (~1 Sat/month)

License/Certification:

  • Education: Successful completion of a formal Radiology Technology Program
  • ARRT Certification

Expectations:

  • Performs and assists with radiographic procedures.
  • Communicates with physicians as necessary.
  • Operates equipment properly and demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.
  • Maintains appropriate records.
  • Provide optimal patient care and customer service.

Physical Requirements:

  • May require strenuous physical effort while assisting patients from wheelchairs and stretchers.
  • Manipulates equipment appropriately.
  • Must have good communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
  • Requires the ability to bend, twist, squat and/or kneel in operating radiographic equipment to obtain needed imaging.
