Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Summary:
Position responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying machinery, fixtures, and tooling within a regulated industry environment, with a focus on CNC programming and fabrication.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with CNC programming.
  • Proficiency with MasterCAM, Catia, ProE, and NX software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in constructing and modifying machinery using ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketches for determining processes and methods.
  • Skill in designing and constructing jigs, fixtures, and precision parts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and modify existing machinery, fixtures, and tooling, including the replacement of worn or broken parts and reworking of machinery with minimal input.
  • Machine prototypes and inspect First Article Inspection components.
  • Utilize blueprints and sketches to determine methods and processes for projects.
  • Design and construct jigs, fixtures, and parts to support engineering functions and projects.
  • Analyze and implement cost-effective methods for in-house fabrication of machine parts.
  • Maintain machine shop equipment to ensure precision machining tolerances.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.


Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
