Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a deep understanding of search technologies, particularly Elasticsearch. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing search algorithms, building scalable search systems, and leveraging data to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement search algorithms using Elasticsearch.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to improve search relevance and ranking.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality search solutions.
  • Develop tools and dashboards to track search performance and user behavior.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Elasticsearch and search technologies.
  • Strong background in data science, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with search tuning, relevance, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
