Job DescriptionJob Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze space requirements and provide conceptual space plans and recommendations

  • Prepare block and stack plans, move lists, and relevant documentation for stakeholder review

  • Create presentations for internal and client-facing meetings, coordinating with project management on moves and construction needs

  • Oversee occupancy data and conduct space validation walks to update occupancy metrics

  • Partner with departments for relocation planning, move sequencing, and execution

  • Offer recommendations on space planning codes, requirements, and updates

  • Provide administrative support to PMO, including scheduling and correspondence

  • Contribute to process improvement for space planning efficiency

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, business administration, or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning services with AutoCAD drawing experience required

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (bilingual in Korean a plus)

  • Proficiency in ARCHIBUS, CAFM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)

  • Familiarity with financial analysis and system furniture design
