Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and compassionate chiropractor to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with our patients, assisting them in achieving optimal health through holistic and integrative care. This position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take on a future leadership role, with the potential to eventually buy out the practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Perform adjustments for the spine and extremities and administer various therapeutic modalities as needed.
  • Provide patient education on wellness practices, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other staff members, including massage therapists and nutritionists, to deliver a comprehensive, team-based approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow documentation standards.
  • Engage actively in continuous learning and training to stay updated on the latest techniques and innovations in chiropractic care.
  • Support the growth and positive reputation of the practice by fostering excellent patient relationships and providing exceptional care.
Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state license to practice chiropractic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, holistic care.
  • Interest in potential ownership of the practice as part of a long-term career goal.
