SIGN ON BONUS AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE for full-time individual.

We seek a skilled, dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, to join our clinic. We are a dynamic team at Clinica Mi Pueblo in Bakersfield, California. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our clinic. We are willing to provide relocation assistance to the proper individual. Full-time or Part-time work is available.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans

Able to care for most acute and non-acute illnesses or injuries

Diagnose and interpret test results

Willing to be trained in a busy urgent care setting environment

Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgical interventions

Prescribe medications based on patient needs patients including infants

Educate patients and their families on health management and preventative care

2 years of experience and ability to work independently

Stay current with advancements in medical practices and participate in continuous education

Qualifications

Active California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License

Proficiency in English and Spanish

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
