Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Elberton, GA within the automotive industry, is seeking an SAP Data Analyst Logistics Engineer to join their team This company boasts competitive salaries, and great benefits.

Logistics Engineer Data Analyst Summary:
Pay: $55K- 65K
Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, weekend availability required
  • Quantify time/cost savings of changes and present to senior management and create detailed work instructions for associates.
  • Use SAP and/or Microsoft Excel to develop logistic metrics, internal analysis tools, and KPIs relevant to needs.
  • Monitor and update dynamic warehouse storage to reflect changing customer demands.
  • Use SAP to monitor inventory and maintain systematic settings including BOMs, Routings, Packaging Instructions and Material Master data.
  • Will be cross trained to assist when teammates are out of office, for both Production Planning and SAP Key User.
  • Continuously analyze and improve existing warehouse layout to maximize space usage and prepare for future business.
  • Assist or lead any open relevant Logistics projects that are designated by the Logistics Manager

Logistics Engineer Data Analyst Qualifications
  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP with focus on Warehousing and Materials Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create pivot tables/macros/formulas/etc...
  • Experience in Packaging Data Analysis and Packaging Planning.
  • Ability to create and update work instructions.
