Experience in a trade or manufacturing environment with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency with hand and power tools and a strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to prioritize and troubleshoot in a fast-paced setting. Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and engage in frequent physical activity, including bending, kneeling, and climbing. Preferred Qualifications Certification or degree in a relevant trade or technical field. Experience in the flexible packaging industry and with electrical systems. Familiarity with ERP and CMMS systems. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Why Join Us?
