Litigation Paralegal
Location: Atlanta Metropolitan Area

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal for one of our Atlanta based clients. This is a team where you can contribute to meaningful legal work in a collaborative and supportive environment. If you are a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting a dynamic litigation practice, this is the job for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence.
  • Manage case files, including maintaining electronic and physical documents in accordance with firm protocols.
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients, witnesses, and other parties.
  • Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other materials for court proceedings.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and court procedures (state and federal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support software (e.g.Relativity, CaseMap).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
