We are seeking a Chef to join our team for creative breakfasts and tapas Job Summary Oversees all of our culinary offerings. You will thrive in a relaxed, guest-facing environment and dedicate creative time to establish the historic luxury Inn brand and reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Complete day-to-day culinary operations
• Enforcing safety and sanitation
• Ordering food, kitchenware, and operating supply orders
• Check-in orders for freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of seasonal revolving menu items
• Standardize recipes, creating plating designs and presentations within the allotted budget
• Work with the Owners and General Manager to create a memorable experience for guests

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
• Must have knowledge and experience with food cost and ordering systems
• Passion for food and cooking techniques and interaction with guests
