Press Operator

A growing company in Libertyville, IL is looking for a Press Operator to join their 1st or 2nd shift team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity

Requirements of the Press Operator

· 3+ years of experience in offset printing with setup and troubleshooting of equipment

· Preventative maintenance on large presses preferred

· Excellent knowledge of offset presswork procedures and materials

· Strong mechanical aptitude and a focus on continuous improvement

Responsibilities of the Press Operator

· Complies with all company-specific SOPs, work instructions, control riders, and job instructions for all production orders

· Completes routine press checks for registration, color consistency, and defects throughout production runs

· Performs operator-level maintenance duties on all equipment (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and maintains documentation of maintenance

· Provides consistent up to date information to the production lead and management pertaining to critical jobs and areas of interest

1st and 2nd shift available, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $21.00 an hour
