Speech Kids NY is urgently hiring monolingual and bilingual speech pathologists in the Bronx (Districts 7-11) at an advanced rate of up to $133.50 per hour. The rate is public, private, charter schools, and preschools, excluding D75 schools. Medicaid ID# is mandatory for licensed speech therapists. Three letters of recommendation are mandatory for all therapists. The advanced rate is not effective for the rest of the districts.

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-certified provider for two days a week in Long Island City (LIC). The candidate must have a passing BEA or bilingual extension in Spanish. The position includes 6 hours of guaranteed work per day: 5 hours of therapy and 1 hour of paperwork. The start date is September 2024.

Additionally, we are looking for a bilingual Spanish provider for five days a week in Borough Park, Brooklyn. This position guarantees 30 hours of payment per week: 25 hours for therapy and 5 hours for paperwork.

We have monolingual caseloads throughout New York City.

We have a Downtown Manhattan Charter School full-time and 5 days a week position at a preschool in Battery Park available immediately.

Hourly rates for licensed monolingual providers are $65/ hour on W 2 and $75/ hour on 1099.
Hourly rates for licensed bilingual providers are $75/ hour on W 2 and $85/ hour on 1099.

Hourly rate for monolingual CFs is $60 per hour on W 2.
Hourly rate for bilingual CFs is $70 per hour on W 2.

We are also hiring a Bilingual Spanish therapist for D 24 in Queens (caseload 3 days a week), Bushwick, and Brooklyn (up to $85 per hour and the provider must have a bilingual extension or BEA passing scores). We have monolingual positions in South, Downtown, and Central Brooklyn, midtown, Lower East Side, and Upper Manhattan, and a few schools in Queens - up to $75 per hour. CFs are welcome for all positions. Everyone must have a TSSLD.

We have a 5 days a week monolingual and a bilingual caseload in Borough Park, Brooklyn, with a guaranteed payment for 5 hours per day ( 25 hours per week) for the provided services + paid 1 hour per day for paperworks. Must have a TSSLD. For monolingual therapists the rate is up to $78 per hour on 1099 and $68 on W 2- for licensed. CFs are welcome at the rate of $63 per hour on W2. For Bilingual therapists the rate is +$ 10 per hour ( 73-88 per hour ). The site is open in the summer for 6 weeks ( July 5th to August 16th).

We have a 2 days a week position in Downtown Manhattan with guaranteed payments of 5 Horus per day for therapy + 1 hour per day for paper work/ Are for CFs is $65 per hour on w 2 , licensed SLPs -$75 per hour on W 2 and $85 per hour on 1099. It is a maternity coverage , potentially through the summer .

We also have a private school in Far Rockaway (3 days a week- fee for service).

We are happy to offer positions in Rockland County (up to $90 per hour ) and Poughkeepsie County (up to $100 per hour on W2).

We are looking for 2 experienced providers, ideally bilingual Spanish who can supervise a graduate student 3 days a week in the Bronx.

We offer 2 full-time positions at a preschool ( Not a DOE preschool) in the Bronx. Guaranteed payment of 30 hours per week if you come to work 5 days a week regardless of attendance of students. Must do session notes while at work, paid 30 minutes lunch break. Additionally, quarterly reports are mandatory. The rate is $65 per hour for licensed speech-language pathologists and $60 per hour for clinical fellows on W2. The rate for licensed speech-language pathologists on 1099 is $75. Must have a professional corporation.

We also have a 3 days a week caseload at a charter school in Ozone Park.

Attention Yiddish-speaking speech therapists We have an exciting opportunity for you to work at a preschool in Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY.

All providers must have TSSLD.

If you work full time as a CF, 30 hours direct therapy a week, you will get $60 per month for materials.

Bilingual providers must have passing BEA scores or a bilingual extension+ TSSLD.

Advanced rate in the Bronx (Districts 7-11):

If you are a CF ($95/ hour) that will work full-time 30 hours of direct therapy in the Bronx, you will make $2,850 per week, and for 36 weeks of the school year (180 days), summer not included, you will make $2,850 x 36= $102,600+ benefits.

Licensed SLPs :
W2: $105 x 30 hours= $3,150 per week x 36 weeks = $113,400+ benefits.
1099: $133.50 x 30 hours= $4005 per week x 36 weeks= $144,180.

Benefits for W2 providers: We offer 6 sick days for full time W 2 providers after working for a year, health insurance (partial payment after 90 days for full time employees) , sick hours payment (you earn 1 hours after every 30 hours of direct therapy up to 40 hours per year) , Worker’s compensation and disability insurance (including maternity coverage and long term disability), 401 K (no matching) , and a referral bonus (up to 1 K after 6 months of employment 30 hours per week).

CFs only: If you work full time, 30 hours direct therapy a week, you will get $60 per month for materials.

Support: Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm support for providers (via text messages and email, phone calls can be scheduled as needed, after hours phone calls by appointment only (including weekends).

Speech Kids NY is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to play an integral role in continuing our commitment of quality by servicing children and implementing instructional plan based on evaluation findings of the child's outcomes as indicated on the child's IEP.

SLP JOB FUNCTIONS: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, voice, swallowing, and other related disorders of children with developmental delays and disabilities. Develop and implement individualized plans for assigned cases to meet individual child’s needs, interests, and abilities. Collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation professionals and special educators to develop and modify program activities that improve speech and language skills. Location: schools, preschools, and in the clients' homes in all 5 boroughs (subject of availability) Skills required: Strong attention to detail-excellent time management skills and organization- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Follow Individualized Service Plan, plan ongoing treatment, and interprets goals and treatment. Complete all session notes by the end of the calendar week and progress reports on time. Compensation for CFs: $60 per hour on W 2 (TSSLD is required) + partial coverage of your health insurance (conditions apply) + benefits. Compensation for licensed therapists: 70$ per hour on W 2.
