Job Title: Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    • Lead the charge on project planning and cost estimation to keep projects on track and within budget.
    • Coordinate seamlessly with clients, contractors, and teams to manage risks and keep the workflow smooth.
    • Maintain meticulous project documentation because every detail matters.

  2. Client Relations:

    • Be the face of our company Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
    • Act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and making sure clients are always in the loop.

  3. Field Supervision:

    • Oversee all HVAC system operations, installations, and repairs in the field to ensure top-notch quality.
    • Lead, train, and inspire our team of technicians, managing the daily workflow and enforcing safety standards like a pro.

  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct thorough inspections and enforce standards to guarantee every project meets or exceeds specifications.
    • Track performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement in every aspect of field operations.

  5. Reporting and Evaluation:

    • Prepare detailed reports and monitor operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to learn, improve, and prepare for the next big challenge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial mechanical systems and HVAC service/installation, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, top-tier communication and leadership abilities, and technical expertise in mechanical systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Service Fusion are big pluses
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to drive a service van, lift up to 50 pounds, and balance time between fieldwork and desk duties.
