Expertise, Talents, and Feats 

Experience with ticket management systems.  

Accurate and thorough testing.  

Able to clearly articulate problems and provide supportive feedback.  

Experienced with troubleshooting, documentation, and previous software testing.  

Able to communicate technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand.  

Able to self-manage time and priorities.  

Focused on the details, but still able to look at the broader picture when needed.  

 

Extra Credit 

UI/UX Experience.  

Programming or development experience.  

Customer service experience. 

Project Management experience. 

CAD or 3D modeling experience. 

Are an actual wizard.
